ReplyDeleteYesterday, my husband kept calling, saying that if I got trapped by snow in Atlanta, that I should get a hotel room. I kept scratching my head, wondering if he'd gone daft. He was right!!! We didn't get a drop of snow in Tennessee, but just look at Georgia.
ReplyDeleteNeat, neat, neat post. :-)
Eww...You do actually get snow down there! I am up north in Indiana and we actually didnt get any today, but it was sooooo cold.

ReplyDeleteThe maps are pretty, and the snow may look pretty, but I'll bet it's COLD! Thanks for sharing. Happy Blue Monday.
ReplyDeleteCute! We miss all that snow in eastern NC, but we got plenty of cold rain!:( Stay safe and warm! Jewel
ReplyDeleteMy mother-in-law said it was snowing heavily (she lives in Winder) and that several members of our family were without power. Hope you're not sitting in the dark..
ReplyDeleteI'm glad your area was the one blessed with snow this time rather than mine--I've seen enough of it this year, lol!
ReplyDeleteHave a good Blue Monday☺
I have the news on TV and see that there is snow all along the east coast. The weather radar post is very clever. Happy Blue Monday,
ReplyDeleteSweetie
I grew up in South Carolina and we didn't get snow very often, and if I remember right, neither did Georgia. So enjoy yourself!. It's sunny and supposed to be 82 degrees here in Phoenix today. Clever post!
ReplyDeleteElaine :)
Cute Blue Monday post, Susan. I hope you are enjoying this beautiful snow!
ReplyDeleteI loved the tribute to your G'pop. Beautiful!!
Cute post! I'm here in SC and we got about 4". I've been here 15 yrs. and have not seen this much and never in March.
ReplyDeleteSo much for global warming.
Stay warm, Susan!
ReplyDeleteHappy BLue Monday...
XO,
Sheila who is racing to get out the door for Central Florida!
Wow! I've never known Georgia to have that much snow!...Christine
ReplyDeleteLOL Susan...clever Blue Monday post! How nice of Mother Nature to help you out with 2 different blogging subjects... ;-) Bo
ReplyDeleteEnjoy the temporary white - it won't last long I'm certain .... I loved the photos of your grandfather, you can tell so much about a person by studying his/her face. I believe he was a good man, and a very handsome one at that!
ReplyDeleteStay warm, Susan!
ReplyDeleteBoy is our weather out of the ordinary this year!! Happy Blue Monday to you!
ReplyDeleteWeather radar can be almost scary at times. My post had a weather theme too but I'm sitting in pouring rain, not snow! I think snow would almost be better except for the chilly cold with it. Stay snug!
ReplyDeleteI am so jealous of your snow but I do have rain!
ReplyDeleteHave a Wonderful Day
from Roberta Anne
How fun for you!
ReplyDeleteWe got 10" today in MA!
Sounds like you must get even less snow than we do here! This is the first time since... I think January of 2000 that we've gotten more than one snowfall in the same winter. And most years we get nothin'.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy it while it lasts!
I really do wish we would have gotten a little bit of that in Florida...just a few times a year would be nice! Hope you enjoyed it! Blessings to you!
ReplyDeleteUh oh....
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see your snow pictures.
wowzers! I hope you enjoyed it:)
ReplyDeleteWe are used to snow here in New England, but I wonder what it's like for people in Georgia who rarely see it...
ReplyDeleteThanks for checking out my blue! Looks like you got lots of snow, I bet it was beautiful! Kristen
ReplyDeleteI love the snow! I wish we got more of it around here. I can't wait to see the pictures.
ReplyDeleteAnd I love the blog...I guess great minds think alike b/c I have the exact same background and the 'My Adventures' at the top :-)
Hope you have/had a wonderful Tuesday!
Hi Susan! I don't know if you'll see this or if you know already but this comment box isn't opening up for OutdoorWednesday. I'll keep checking back, but I just wanted to let you know that we can't leave comments...Love the pink blossoms covered with the snow. Gorgeous!!
ReplyDeleteI wish it would have snowed in Macon, when we were there so many times!
