  1. While other animals are declining in populations, squirrels seem to be thriving. There are so many in our neighborhood you would think the dogs and cats would get them, guess they are really FAST! They are cute, even grown up, but the babies are a rare site indeed..thanks for sharing and for hosting this site every week.

  5. Last year an orphaned baby squirrel followed my son home thinking he was his mother. (No one said squirrels were smart). He would squawk if Jordan got out of his sight. Jordan tried to raise him, but he was too little and died.

Thanks for sharing these pictures and hosting this party. La

  14. They are cute little devils. And I think they will grow up and be just devils to be naughty in the garden. At least that's how the squirrels here are. They are cute though I will give them that and the babies are adorable.

  18. They are definitely cute! I was going to link up a post about my son feeding turtles, but that will have to wait until next week. This week has been all about me walking, walking and walking...outdoors of course, and the stroller board has made everything about my walking 100 times easier.

I would like to invite everyone to The Wednesday Window . It is the place to feature your favorite blog post of the past week or so, for more details check out Frugality Is Free.

  28. Love the little ssquirells. I'm afrid my cat chases off any he sees in my yard and so I see very few this year. I think they know he is a hunter.

  45. At one time I had 3 baby squirrels.. rescued after a storm blew them from their nest when the tree crashed to the ground.. kept them in a bird cage, feed them every 3 hours.. they did well..
called them Larry, Curly and Moe..
because their antics were so like the Stooges!
kept them for about4-6 weeks and then released them into the wild..
    so funny!!
    hugs..
