I wanted snow this year but it looks like we aren’t going to get any. I went out in search of flowers last week. I found some “snow” flowers!! I have to admit that these snow flower pictures almost make up for not having snow!

  2. I saw some lupines & poppies in the desert today. Next week everything should really be in bloom because this weekend we are hitting upwards of 90F.

  9. Snow flowers? Real snow? Which is better? I can't speak for everyone but most folks in the Chicagoland area can hardly wait till Spring is here and we actually see flowers that look like what you posted above. Beautiful purple blooms, Susan.
