Atlanta Braves made the play-offs somehow (as wild card). We are all happy here but saddened to see manager Bobby Cox retire after the season is over.
Bobby Cox guided Atlanta to 14 consecutive division titles from 1991-2005, but only one World Series championship during that run. He and the Braves are back in the postseason after a four-year absence.
Atlanta had a tribute to Bobby Cox during their last home series….
A gorgeous day…..
Hank Aaron was there (on far left)…..
We’re going to miss him!
Braves chances aren’t too good in the post-season… but those in my house choose to believe!
