Tablescape Tuesday is now Tablescape Thursday hosted by Susan and her blog Between Naps on the Porch.
I couldn’t decide what to do this week, so I started with what I wanted to use as my centerpiece…..
and then placed a round green placemat, gold charger and a dinner plate with fruit on it……..
and added a salad plate….
and topped it off with a napkin…..
and the result…..
See how easy that was?!
Thanks for stopping by and visiting my Tablescape Thursday and don't forget to visit Susan's blog Between Naps on the Porch to see more wonderful table settings!

Susan, what a pretty centerpiece. Does the fruit lift off? It almost looks like it's a bowl with a fruited lid. And wow, is it the same pattern as your salad plates? If not, it should be. They look wonderful together. laurie

I love your table today! It is so warm and inviting. Where did you get those great candleholders! I adore them! I use candles every where in my house and light them frequently when it's just me home. You always do such a beautiful job on your tablescapes!! :-)

ReplyDeleteYour tablescape is beautiful. How did you do that?? Its interesting how you can change up the look by adding dishes of different colour...as you added each piece it did that. Loved it. Everything is in those colours I love...you know...the ones that just don't happen to have blue in them..*sigh*. But...you know I am liking blue more these days.
Thank you for sharing..

ReplyDeleteVery nice table. It is kind of hard to come up with something new all the time isn't it? I just used the nearest holiday but, there will be times that there isn't one & that's when we get to get creative & come up with something different.
ReplyDeleteSusan, Your tablescape is just my style. I love a casual setting. The fruit theme is always so... pretty. I love your color theme, too!! Hugs, Terrie
ReplyDeleteHi Susan,
ReplyDeleteI love that setting. The fruit theme can be used throughout the year as well.
When you get a chance please stop by my blog and pick up your award. Congratulations!
Happy Friday,
Tam
Lovely and colorful...great job of breaking it down and showing how easy it can be to create a beautiful tablescape!
ReplyDelete;-D
Thank you for my award! I so appreciate you thinking of me. I'm headed out of town to meet some other NC bloggers over the weekend, but I'll be back home then, and try to get it up and posted on my blog. I love this tablescape! I especially like how your plates match the centerpiece. It reminds me of fall (which I liked better than this COLD winter!) I saw a centerpiece that was very similar at the consignment store where I bought that green fruit tree thing! :O) Thanks again & have a great weekend. I've got to check into Twitter...I don't do that. Unfortunately, I'm a Facebook addict though.
