I absolutely love the azaleas. They don't grow as well in our neck of the woods. We have two in the front garden that are beginning to bloom. Even though it as been 7 years since they were planted, they are very small.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous photos Susan!
Beautiful outdoor shots. Love the dogwood. Thanks for hosting.

Kathy

Oh how gorgeous! We were supposed to go to Asheville for the azaleas at Biltmore and had to cancel because of my mother-in-law's death. I see from your pictures how gorgeous it would have been to see them.
ReplyDeleteThe colors in your photos are spectacular... love the blue sky against the pear trees... great job!
ReplyDeleteI just love your photos. Beautiful.
ReplyDeleteOh Susan, I adore azaleas! Ours are just kicking in now -- a little late this year, but then everything is late this year!
ReplyDeletethanks for hosting... Cass
Dogwood trees and azaleas are like my favorite Spring blossoms. In the Chicagoland area, they do bloom but the colors just don't have the punch that they have when they blossom in the southern states. I am so sorry to hear about the storms hitting your area. I am glad you are okay. Strong winds are scary for sure. Take care. See you next week, Susan.

ReplyDeleteThe little azalea bush in my front yard is blooming too. They are such dramatic flowers aren't they.
ReplyDeleteThank you for hosting, I had fun linking up!
Oh it looks so pretty. Our trees and bushes are not quite there yet. I am hoping that the sun will come out long enough to push them along.
ReplyDeleteThe flowering trees are just loaded this year.
