The weather has been gorgeous in central Georgia ….other than the yellow layer of pollen…… almost perfect for a picnic…. I took the camera out today so I could get some pictures from around town today….
The dogwoods are in bloom…..
and wisteria grows like weeds everywhere (but I love it)……

Wisterias are lovely flowers!
ReplyDeleteOk - I take that back it is working now. :) I love the Wisteria! It looks like it is just dripping over the bridge. Beautiful flowers - must smell heavenly!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous!!! I was in Southern California last week & I missed my Dogwoods blooming, so Thank you!
ReplyDeleteSo pretty! Our trees are just starting to flower up. I love the wisteria.
ReplyDeleteOh how lovely!! Two of my favorites are Wisteria and Dogwood. The Pink Dogwood is beautiful!! Thanks for hosting O.W. Susan!

I love all the flowering trees this time of year - I noticed a beautiful cherry tree in the parking lot of Target of all places today!
ReplyDeleteHi Susan,

Hope you are well!
Oh my heavens, the wisteria over the bridge is incredibly beautiful!! All of your photographs are truly awesome!
ReplyDeleteHi Susan,
ReplyDeleteI wish we had dogwoods and my wisteria looks like a poor relation to the wisteria of the south, but I'll take it. There isn't alot of wisteria here so it is an extra special treat when we see it.
Your pics are great, so fun to see whats blooming around...
Enjoy and thanks for hosting
Maryrose
Love the wisteria...especially across the bridge! Thanks for hosting :-)
ReplyDeleteThe dogwoods are so gorgeous! I don't think they grow here in Las Vegas. I miss them. The picture of the wisteria covering the bridge makes me laugh. I grew wisteria when I lived in California and it would try to take over the whole back yard. I constantly had to battle it. It has the most beautiful flowers and scent, but boy is it alot of work!
ReplyDeleteOh how I wish we had wisteria here in Mo. Gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteI am with Rosie above, I so wish we could grow Wisteria here in Michigan~!! It is just beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI so admire the Wisteria!
ReplyDeleteThey are just gorgeous, Susan! I love flowering trees. And the wisteris are probably one of the prettiest flowers around....Christine
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI love the wisteria growing over that bridge!
Your pics are gorgeous! I posted my wisteria tree last week. They are my favorite!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful area you live in. I loved all the flowers you featured today.
ReplyDeletelovely blooms!
ReplyDeleteOoh, these are gorgeous. Spring is farther along where you are. Dogwoods are just tiny ball buds here. But our tulips are in full bloom. If you have time, visit this incredibly scenic shot:

Blessings and Hugs,

Thanks for hosting once again.
ReplyDeleteIt always amazes me how wisteria will grow right up a tree or building but when we try to grow it in the garden it struggles.
Dogwood is our provincial flower in B.C. Love it.
Hi Susan- I'm sorry for clicking on the link twice, I didn't mean to post a second one, but I don't know how to remove it.
ReplyDeleteI luv your photos especially the bridge full of wisteria, it's definitely spring time!
-marie
Hi Susan, I love the wisteria...wish I could grow it as well as I see it out in the wild. Your pictures are always so pretty.
ReplyDeleteOh,Susan, is there ANYTHING prettier than pink Dogwood? If there is it must be purple Wisteria! LOL! Thanks for hosting Outdoor Wednesday - it is such a fun thing as I really enjoy taking pictures and posting them for others' enjoyment! Come visit me at the beach!
ReplyDelete~Jean

Wow, lovely scenery you have. The second tree is wonderful.
ReplyDeleteohh..I envy your wisteria...They can't take the winter here...but I try...and try ...and try...
ReplyDeleteLovely images... adore the one with the bridge and wisteria - simply stunning!
ReplyDeleteGena @ Thinking aloud
My mouth dropped open, when I saw the wisteria hanging on to that metal bridge.
ReplyDeleteJoyce M
Beautiful pictures! We are in North Georgia and the weather has been awesome! Love it!
ReplyDeleteWhat BEAUTIFUL Spring views! Just looking at them makes my eyes water and my nose twitch ... seriously ;-)
ReplyDeleteHugs and blessings,
I too love wisteria. It looks so pretty climbing the bridge. The dogwoods are also very pretty.
ReplyDelete~ Tracy
Soooooo gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful flowers, especially the wisteria! I bought some and planted it here in the desert last spring and it survived all summer, only to die about last October! My neighbor behind me has a beautiful, healthy wisteria, so I know it can grow here. I've given up, however! That was my second try!
ReplyDeleteOh gorgeous! I love dogwood, and have learned to love Wisteria as well. The first summer house my parents bought, when I was a very small girl, was overgrown with Wisteria -- and it terrified me! It was so huge, and shadowed everything.
ReplyDeleteMy Dad hacked it all down -- good daddy, bad gardener!
We spoke to friends in Atlanta recently -- the pollen count is NUTS! Wear a mask outside! -- Cass
These are all beautiful pictures, but that bridge is beyond beautiful! Absolutely stunning!
ReplyDeleteYou are so blessed!
ReplyDeleteWe have NO blooms, blossoms, leaves, nothing yet!
Your dogwoods and wisteria are gorgeous, I am so anxious to see them here. Thaks you for this party, I love it.
Hugs, Cindy S
Lovely flowers - you are a bit ahead of us. Love the wisteria!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI love wisteria too :) Happy OW Susan ♥
ReplyDeleteHi! Thanks for hosting, I know I say that all the time, but it's true. Don't know how you guys to it. ;-)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos! I absolutely love the dogwoods and wisteria. They are my favorites. Our dogwoods are a little late blooming this year! I especially love the pink dogwood photo. Very pretty!
ReplyDeleteIt's my first time linking up! Sorry - I forgot to leave my name for the first post, but I will for the second. Your pictures are gorgeous! We're not that far into spring here!
ReplyDeleteI have never really been an outdoorsy girl but this spring has just hooked me I love being outdoors now!
ReplyDeleteHow beautiful the wisteria looks just dripping off everything :)
ReplyDeleteTink *~*~*
lovely I love spring because of the beautiful trees and flowers
ReplyDeleteNice list. I wanted to comment on the Wisteria. I notice close up it seems light and further darker. I would think it to be the other way around. I passed some by at a store one time, cause it seemed to be almost white. Very light. The effect I wish is that of lavender like in the distace as in your photos.
ReplyDeleteI am not registerd in your Techn. Does it matter. I get picked up by many search engines anyway.
Susan love your dogwoods photos. I have never seen those other flowers you got posted. What do they called? The last few photos. Nancy
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos Susan, I love the dogwoods. I linked up to my veggie garden blog today, hope you get a chance to visit. :)
ReplyDeleteThe wisteria is so beautiful, now I understand why my friends grew wisteria and not grapes at their balcony.
ReplyDeleteWow, your outdoor pictures are gorgeous. I love that white dogwood tree. But they're all so eye catching.
ReplyDeleteDogwoods are my favorite! I liked your post on our veterans too.
ReplyDeleteI love the dogwoods and the Wisteria.

ReplyDeleteWhat gorgeous pictures! I just love all the flowers and colors of spring! Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteI wanted to join in Susan but I am having trouble located the linky- When i click on where you say it is it comes up a blank page-
ReplyDeleteAny suggestions?
Beauty, so much beauty the eyes can hardly take it all in...love the wisteria..LOVE IT!!
