We have had a very unusual winter in Georgia this year. A friend sent me pictures from her area to share. She lives about 45 miles south of me. These are from two weeks ago. They said a tornado went through her area!
Trees snapped….
Look where the trampoline ended up!! (No, it wasn’t their trampoline)

HERE ARE THIS WEEK’S PARTICIPANTS:
Good thing they are all safe. We have a weird winter this year even Michigan is not spared and we are already deep in cold and snow.

We've been fortunate to have a mild winter, I know there are many areas that have had severe and unusual winter weather of all kinds. Thanks for the party!
ReplyDeleteOh My! To close for comfort! Glad to hear your friends are ok.
ReplyDeleteIt has been a crazy Winter, and one that so many areas are not prepared for these conditions.
Thanks for hosting again this week.
Tornadoes are so scary! What a winter we've all had. Ours has been quite tame compared to other regions.
ReplyDeleteGlad everyone is ok.
ReplyDeleteWe just do not realize the power of nature until we see photos like this. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteWhole trees uprooted. We get high winds that do some damage but not (usually) uprooting or snapping trees.

What devastation, this weird winter has caused! My link today will also be sharing something connected to the storms!
ReplyDeleteNature is the good, the bad and the ugly!...:)JP
ReplyDeleteOMG! in italy we don't have tornados... i think i'll be so scared!
ReplyDeleteThe trampoline in a tree, that is quite a sight.
ReplyDeleteI am glad, they are all safe! So scary!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness.....wind is the worst. I haven't ever seen a trampoline in a tree before but I have seen a pontoon boat and motor turned upside down in the lake from wind. Not fun!

Oh, hope the damage did not extend to people's lives.
ReplyDeleteThose are some scary shots. Hope all are ok.
ReplyDeleteWe have also had a bad winter. we broke all records for our state. over 59 inches of snow this year.
ReplyDeleteI hope all those fallen trees missed the house.
