This week I am sharing pictures of the cherry trees. These are a few weeks old. Most of the blossoms have blown away and been replaced by green leaves. They were really pretty when they were in full bloom!

Those pictures are so beautiful, it looks like a fantasy land! I think Cherry trees are my favorites!
ReplyDeleteThis is what I loved about Macon...It was truly a fantasy land in the spring. The campus at Mercer was much less crowded than today...and there were azaleas, dogwood, and cherry trees everywhere. I felt like I was walking in a fairy tale...

Nothing compares withe the cherry blossoms, which made it very famous all over the world. Even for us here in the tropics who haven't seen it in person, it is still very well known. You are very privileged in the temperate climates.
