The cherry trees were in bloom last week and I drove around often to look at them. I finally remembered to take a few pictures to share! I always wish I could paint when they bloom… they are beautiful!

Beautiful tree lined streets of a very popular flower. We are canceling our Cherry Blossom Festival here in Little Tokyo, maybe because of what happened in Japan.

I wish those flowers could stay on the trees just a little longer. Atlanta looks so pretty in pink and white this week. Pollen thankfully is not so bad this year. I just found your blog and enjoyed looking at your streets with all the beautiful trees in bloom – that could have been my street too. Now we have the dogwoods starting to bloom and the azaleas too. Spring is here in full force.
