Tam at The Gypsy’s Corner is the hostess for “Three or More Tuesday” (clicking on the logo on the right will take you to her site)
I have been trying to add a little “Spring” here and there in my house. I gathered three candlesticks and added lavender candles and put them on top of the entertainment center in the master bedroom. I needed something else…so I grabbed a blue/white planter and some purple silk flowers…and voila! Now, when I go to sleep at night or wake in the morning…one of the first things I will see is a glimpse of Spring! (The photo doesn’t do it justice…… I’ll get better at taking pictures with more practice!)
Thanks for visiting my blog. Visit Tam at The Gypsy’s Corner. for more Three or More Tuesday participants.

Hi Susan, that's such a pretty idea! I've wandered around Michael's & Joann's eyeing the flowers lately & thinking about containers I have on hand. I need to check out my stash in the attic first. Joann's had lemon and lime branches. I need to decide on a container & make a trip to pick some up before they're gone. Thanks for the motivation! ♥ Diane
ReplyDeleteGood morning Susan. I love your blue and purple setting.

Very nice touches of spring! I need to "shop around my house" and see what I can find to freshen things up for Spring.
ReplyDeleteOh, I love lavender...so pretty!!
ReplyDelete;-)
Your lavender touch of spring looks very pretty..it won't be much longer now.
ReplyDeleteOut here in West Texas, we dread spring because of all the sand storms we have. I hang on to winter as long as I can as it is my favorite time of the year. Of course, we don't have harsh winters here, either.
xo bj
Your vignette is a lovely harbinger of spring.
ReplyDeleteSusan,
ReplyDeleteVery pretty vignette...now that's my kind of entertainment!

Susan, these lavenders do look like spring. How smart of you to bring spring into your bedroom during the dreary days of winter. I may have to figure out something "spring like" to put somewhere to brighten these days. laurie
